A truck reported stolen from a residence on County Road 3411 on September 23 has been recovered in Neosho, Missouri. During the investigation, with the help of a resident of County Road 3411, Detective Chad Morrow developed information that led to two suspects. Morrow contacted law enforcement authorities in McDonald County Missouri and asked them to help locate the suspects. McDonald County officials reported they had one of the suspects in jail on an unrelated matter. Both suspects were subsequently interviewed and confessed that they had taken the vehicle from the residence and left it parked at a business in Neosho, Missouri. Warrants have been issued for the suspects, Lee Michael Brown, age 36 of Anderson, Missouri and Joseph Hirtler, age 18 of Magnolia, Arkansas. Both are charged with Theft of Property, Criminal Trespass, Breaking/Entering and Criminal Mischief. Both are in custody in Missouri awaiting an extradition hearing.
