As of 5:01 pm this afternoon (09/04/16) Mr. Michael Bowles, who was a gunshot victim of an altercation that occurred Thursday night (09/01/16), has passed away. Charges on the suspect, Samuel Love (in custody), have been upgraded to First Degree Murder, First Degree Battery, and Aggravated Assault.
