The Sheriff's Office annual Holiday Warrant Amnesty Program is now underway.

If you have a misdemeanor warrant, turn yourself in to the Sheriff's Office, Detention Center or any law enforcement officer.

You will be required to post 10% of your total bond amount.  If you are charged with a hot check violation you are required to post the total amount of the check, plus the 10%.

You will be processed in and out of the detention center and given a court date in January, 2015.

We urge anyone with a misdemeanor warrant to take advantage of this program to ensure you are not incarcerated over the Christmas and New Years holidays.
