A dispute between brothers led to one being shot and the other arrested at a residence on County Road 4021 at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, September 16.

Samuel Carter, age 20 was arrested at the scene and charged with Battery 2nd Degree.

The victim, Christopher Carter, age 27 was transported to Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville and transferred to UAMS in Little Rock for treatment of his injuries.
