04/08/2011 Most Wanted Suspect Arrested
Cecil Lukins, who was recently added to our most wanted list, was arrested in Pope County Arkansas earlier today. An anonymous tip letting the Russellville Police Department know that Mr. Lukins has been frequently spotted in the Detroit Street area led officers to an abandoned building where the subject was then taken into custody.
