The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 301 Porter Industrial Road, Clarksville, Arkansas will be taking sealed bids for unclaimed property, namely; Shotguns, Rifles, Pistols and various firearms parts located at our facility.  All items will be sold together as a single unit, approximately 130 total items.  Bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011.  Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011.  All items may be inspected at our facility on Saturday, March 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Bids must be received by mail or hand delivered.  No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.  Terms of the sale are cash or cashier’s check made payable to JOHNSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.  No money orders or business credit will be accepted.  Only licensed Federal Firearms Dealers may bid on these items.  Please include a copy of your F.F.L with your bid.  Please mail or hand deliver your bids to Johnson County Judge, P.O.
