Little Rock Resident Killed in ATV Accident

Eben Bradley, age 46 of Little Rock was killed on Saturday, June 20 at approximately 2:00 p.m. when the ATV he was operating flipped over on a roadway and landed on top of him.  According to family members, he had attended a wedding at a residence on CR 5550 near the Pine Crest area on Highway 21.  Bradley left the residence on the ATV and traveled towards Highway 21 to get cell phone reception to call his company.  When he didn't return to the residence by 4:00 p.m. family members and friends began looking for him.  The Sheriff's Office was notified at approximately 2:00 a.m. and a road search was begun at that time.  The Johnson County O.E.M, volunteer firefighters and community members and the Johnson County Dive Team began a thorough search at approximately 7:00 a.m. using ATV's and foot searches.  At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, a searcher noticed the ATV approximately 30 feet west of Highway 21 on a small roadway.  Mr. Bradley was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Al Davis, Jr.  Mr. Bradley had been dead for approximately 24 hours before being found.
