Joseph Hirtler, age 18 was returned to Johnson County on October 1 to face charges related to the theft of a truck from a residence on County Road 3411 which ocurred on September 23rd. Deputy Tim Wages went to McDonald County, Missouri and picked Hirtler up on a felony warrant for Theft of Property. Hirtler appeared before Circuit Judge Bill Pearson who set his bond at $10,000.00 cash/commercial with a November 6 court date.
