Gay Lynn Pitts

A Lamar resident, Gay Lynn Pitts, age 46 was arrested on a bench warrant charging her with 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class Y Felony).  Her arrest concludes an undercover investigation by the Sheriff's Office and Lamar P.D. in which Pitts allegedly sold prescription drugs to undercover officers on two separate occasions.  She appeared before Circuit Judge Dennis Sutterfield on Thursday, April 30 and her bond was set at $10,000 cash/commercial with an initial court date of May 1.
